I am seeing this recommended 12 week shielding time as a bonus. This is time I never expected to have. I know they say time waits for no man but in this case, everything is pretty much on pause and I am making the most of it.

Strapped in and elevated 100ft in the sky, sipping on prosecco and then some wine, taking in the spectacular views of Canary Wharf, The Thames and of course The O2, all while our chef prepared our 3 course lunch right infront of us; I couldn’t quite imagine anything more fabulous than this!
